This picture does not show all the notes in music notation or all the keys on the piano, but by now, you should have enough experience to identify the common notes (middle C) and interpret them as keys on the keyboard. |
Remember, the best way to learn your notes, keys, and pitch is to practice! So, the next time you see sheet music, try to identify the notes with their letter names. Or, the next time you listen to music, try to determine the pitch changes. Eventually, you may progress to humming the tune, or, "sight-singing" with ease.
